A higher back head pressure and larger piston diameter results in a 20% increase in impact energy over previous models.  Patented dust intake prevention system prevents dust from entering the front head during the piston upstroke.  This improves the life of the piston as well as the working steel and bushings.  Optional automatic greasing system lubricates front head and bushing for improved service life to working steel.  Built in hydraulic safety valve actuates when the carrier exceeds the maximum pressure.  This eliminates the need for a costly relief valve in the hydraulic system of the carrier.  CD designed side bolt threads provide even load distribution and greater surface contact between the nut and bolt reducing the chances of thru-bolt failure.
