The Spyder 516T is a patented, heavy-duty aggregate and recycling plant designed to screen sand and gravel or other aggregate type products to produce and stockpile three different sizes of materials simultaneously. It is desinged to be fed with a 4 to 6 yard loader. The Spyder 516T's unidque patented design allows feeding from three sides with a loader or excavator to leverage the productivity and increase volume. Remote control movement and operation are standard equipment on the Spyder 516T portable tracked screening plant.

The 516 T feeder features an impact bed and hopper walls made of 1/2" USA Grade 80 steel that provide the strength and durability to handle the toughest applications.
It features a Caterpillar 312 tracked undercarriage with 43 track shoes located on both sides with 20" shoe width.
The capacity is matched to upward 600 tons per hour (subject to material specifications)with 5'-0" X 15'-0" double deck two bearing screen.
The massive unibody frame handles the high stresses of uneven loading during operation and on rough terrain during movement with unrivaled deep frame design.
It is equipped with a powerful Tier 3 Cummins Model QSB 4.5 four cylinder 110 diesel engine.
Innovative conveyor design has earned a US Patent (#6,698,594) separating from all the rest.
